A stunner from Mason Greenwood got the ball rolling before another sublime finish from Belgian Youri Tielemans levelled it up into halftime.

Leciester took the lead through Caglar Soyuncu, but Marcus Rashford drew United level before goals from Jamie Vardy and Zambian Patson Daka gave the host a big victory.

Manchester City 2-0 Burnley

Champions Manchester City surged into second-place following a 2-0 victory at home to the winless Burnley.

Portuguese Bernardo Silva provided the opening strike earlier in the first half and banked on Belgian Kevin De Bruyne to net the second and clinching strike.

Southampton 1-0 Leeds United

Southampton finally got their first win of the season thanks to a 1-0 triumph over fellow strugglers Leeds United at the St Mary’s Stadium.

Following a goalless opening half, the Saints grabbed the winner a few minutes in the second period through Armando Broja, as the result moves the host above Leeds on the table.

Aston Villa 2-3 Wolverhampton Wanderers

Aston Villa surrendered a two-goal advantage to go down 3-2 against Wolverhampton Wanderers at home.

Former Liverpool man Danny Ings gave the host the lead in the second half as the first spell finished goalless and saw John McGinn bag their second effort.

Wolves launched a turnaround near the end courtesy of Roman Saiss, Conor Coady with Portuguese international Ruben Neves netting the winner at the death.

Norwich City 0-0 Brighton & Hove Albion

Norwich City’s winless run at the bottom of the table continued following a goalless draw against Brighton & Hove Albion.

It is the Seagulls second goalless affair in a row after holding the might of Arsenal prior to the International break, as the host search for a win continues.
