The Reds star followed that up with another Golden Boot last season with 22 goals, although he had to share the award with Mane and Arsenal striker Pierre-Emerick Aubemyang.
Overall, Salah has bagged 62 goals in the English top flight during his spells with Chelsea and the Reds, which only sees him sit sixth on the list.
Chelsea legend Didier Drogba leads the top 10 list after scoring 104 goals in 254 appearances for Chelsea across two spells. The Ivorian also has two Premier League Golden Boot awards to his name.
Second on the list is Togolese striker Emmanuel Adebayor, who bagged 97 goals and 242 appearances across spells for Arsenal, Manchester City, Tottenham Hotspur and Crystal Palace.
Former Nigeria international Yakubu Ayegbeni completes the podium third spot, sitting two goals behind Adebayor after stints with Everton, Middlesbrough, Portsmouth and Blackburn Rover.
Mane, Salah and Riyad Mahrez are the only players on the top 10 list still plying their trade in the English top flight.
