With Paul Pogba possibly on his way out in January, Manchester United legend Rio Ferdinand has now urged the Red Devils to sign a certain midfield star who "can do it all".
Various reports have suggested that United are in the market for a central midfielder, and during the previous transfer window, the club was linked with the likes of Leon Goretzka, Declan Rice, and Aurelien Tchouameni.

Calls for manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side to sign a midfield star have not relented, and with there being speculation that Pogba could be sold in January, the Premier League club could find itself in a precarious position if that role is not filled in the near future.
Former Red Devils and England centre-back Ferdinand has now recommended that United sign 18-year-old Borussia Dortmund star Jude Bellingham, who was reportedly on the Manchester club's radar before he joined the German outfit from Birmingham City in 2020.
"There aren't that many midfielders now who can attack and defend, and affect the game at both ends of the pitch," Ferdinand said on his Vibe with Five YouTube show.
"When you are one of the super clubs, you think, if we have got the financial muscle to get him, he is one you don't want to miss out on.
"In the England youth teams, there were times he was playing as a holding midfielder, the No. 8, box-to-box, and times he can go on and join the attack even more.
"He has the capability and capacity to play all of the roles, he is that good. I think, for him, I see him as someone who can do it all."
