Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba has been told to ignore his agent's advice by a Red Devils legend amid speculation linking the 2018 Fifa World Cup winner with Juventus and Real Madrid.
The writing appears to be on the wall for the France international, who last month publicly revealed his desire for a new challenge, suggesting that he could be poised for an exit from the Premier League outfit.
Speculation regarding Pogba's future intensified when his agent, Mino Raiola, claimed the player is "in the process" of an exit from the club, as per The Times.
United legend Bryan Robson has since weighed in on the speculation regarding the Frenchman's future, and urged the 26-year-old to decide his own destiny.
"Players are influenced far too much by their agents instead of making their own decisions," he said, as per the Evening Standard.
"OK, you might want some advice on what you might sign for and when you do move, but you are your own person, you can show the path you want to do in your own career.
"I don't think many players do that. They are always taking advice from agents. Obviously, agents want players to move on because they make money."
Pogba forms part of a few key players in the United camp whose futures appear unclear, with goalkeeper David de Gea and striker Romelu Lukaku also believed to be keen on exits.
