With Manchester United eager to bolster their squad for next season, the club have reportedly launched a €95million bid for Napoli's African star, Kalidou Koulibaly.
Italian publication Corriere dello Sport claim that the Premier League have earmarked the Senegal international as their main target for the transfer window.
With the Red Devils looks set to miss out on Ajax Amsterdam starlet Matthijs de Ligt, the club are looking to launch a big for bid for the Napoli central defender.
According to Football Italia, Koulibaly's release clause stands at €150m while Napoli President Aurelio De Laurentiis previously stated they would only consider offers over €100m.
The Red Devils are not the only side linked with the 27-year-old, with Paris Saint-Germain reportedly keen on the bolstering their defence with the Senegalese.
Koulibaly once again enjoyed a fine individual for season in the Italian top flight, where he was named best defender of the season.
United, meanwhile, already have one signing secured after agreeing a deal with Swansea City for Welsh winger Daniel James.
