EPL side keen on ex-Ajax CT striker?

English Premier League

Premier League outfit West Ham United are reportedly interested in signing Ajax Amsterdam forward Lassina Traore.

David Moyes is looking to bolster his attack this month after Sebastien Haller completed a move to Ajax on Friday evening.

The Dutch giants paid a reported €22.5million for Haller, who only joined the Hammers from Eintracht Frankfurt in 2019.

It seems Haller's arrival at Ajax could see Traore move in the direction, according to De Telegraaf, but the Dutch giants are keen on keeping him.

The 19-year-old, who still has 18 months remaining on his current deal in Amsterdam, has netted seven goals in 11 Eredivisie matches this season.

Five of those goals came in an historic 13-0 win over VVV-Venlo at the start of the season, becoming the first since Marco van Basten in 1985 to score five goals in a single league game.
