Jose Mourinho has been urged to take advantage of the uncertain future of FC Barcelona outcast Philippe Coutinho and lure him back to the Premier League.
The Tottenham Hotspur manager will be tasked to restructure his team in the off-season after taking over the underperforming side mid-way through the 2019/20 season after Mauricio Pochettino's exit.
With contrasting styles of play, the former Chelsea coach will look towards acquiring players for his own tactical philosophy and former Spurs striker Darren Bent feels Coutinho should be made a priority addition to his plans.
The Brazil star has been on loan at Bayern Munich this season after failing to establish himself with the Blaugrana since his club-record transfer from Liverpool.

Despite Mourinho reportedly ruling out a lucrative move for the playmaker, Bent feels a player of his status could represent a new dawn for the English side.
"You're talking about a top, top player who knows the Premier League very, very well. It's not like you're taking a risk," Bent told Football Insider after reports emerged he's available for £8-milion on loan.
"Coutinho's a top player, he's a superstar signing that Spurs need and even if it's on loan, that's the sort of superstar that they need to maybe encourage other superstars to come there.
"For me, I'd go all out and pay that £8m, pay that and try and get him. £8m for a top player like him for a year? You take that risk because at the end, you never know, at the end of the year it might work out really, really well.
"He could transform Spurs into an absolute powerhouse of a team. I wouldn't even consider it – I'd just do it."
