FC Barcelona got their International Cup campaign off to a winning start after they defeated Tottenham 5-3 on penalties after it ended 2-2 in regulation time.
Barca raced into a two-goal lead thanks to strikes from Munir El Haddadi and new signing Arthur.
However, Spurs hit back in the second half through Son Heung-Min and Georges-Kévin N'Koudou.
With both sides failing to find a winning goal, the match went to a shoot-out, where the Catalan giants held their nerve to triumph 5-3.
Manchester City 3-2 Bayern Munich
Manchester City ended their two-game winless run in the International Cup with a come-from-behind victory over Bayern Munich.
The Bundesliga champions took 15-minute lead through Meritan Shabani before Arjen Robben doubled the lead on 24 minutes.
Bernado Silva pulled a goal back for City just before the break with a low finish past Sven Ulreich.
Lukas Nmecha restored parity on 51 minutes before Silva netted the winning goal with 20 minutes to complete his brace.
