Brighton and Hove Albion have reportedly offered the services of Percy Tau to Jupiler Pro League side Royal Antwerp with his future at Club Brugge increasingly uncertain.
Tau, 26, won the league with Brugge this season but is likely to see his loan end before the chance of helping them earn the domestic double with the Belgian Cup scheduled for August.
While manager Philippe Clement admitted they are considering either extending the loan and weighing up the cost of a potential permanent deal, reports in Belgium now indicate the club are looking to blood younger players into the squad.
As a result, Tau, who lost his place in the Brugge starting XI towards the end of the campaign - that was cancelled due to the coronavirus pandemic - could find himself at a crossroads with Brighton still unable to secure a work permit.

According to Voetbal Primeur, the Bafana Bafana forward has now been offered to domestic rivals Antwerp, who finished in fourth-place this past season.
The club recently acquired the likes of Belgium stars Kevin Mirallas and Steven Defour and hold have ambitions to challenge for the league title next season.
But the publication suggests they're reluctant to commit to an offer with six attacking options already listed in the current squad.
Tau netted four goals and registered eight assists in 30 games across all competitions for the Blauw-Zwart during the 2019/20 campaign.
