Bayern Munich playmaker Thiago Alcantara has reportedly informed his teammates which club he wants to join in the Premier League.
Thiago, 29, has developed into an integral part of the Bayern squad since Pep Guardiola lured him to Germany from FC Barcelona in 2013.
The silky midfielder has won 14 major titles with the club which includes seven consecutive Bundesliga crowns but he's now refusing to renew his contract, according to Sport Bild.
Christian Falk, the publications senior correspondent with the German giants has claimed that the Spain international has signalled his desire to join Liverpool, with manager Jurgen Klopp a known admirer of the 'world-class talent'.
Klopp lavished praise on the midfielder after the two sides met in the UEFA Champions League last year and with only one year remaining on his contract after this season, an off-season move is being mooted.
The report added that Bayern will seek at least €50-million for the services of the technically gifted midfielder who has scored 31 goals and registered 37 assists in 230 games for the Bavarian giants.
