Al Ahly head coach Pitso Mosimane has identified a former Mamelodi Sundowns attacker as one of Simba's main threats ahead of their CAF Champions League tie on Tuesday.
The Red Devils opened their group stage campaign with an impressive 3-0 victory Al-Merrikh last week to take control of Group A heading into matchday two.
Mosimane will come up against a familiar face on Tuesday, as former Sundowns attacker, Luís Miquissone is expected to suit up for Simba at the Benjamin Mkapa Stadium.
While Miquissone did not feature for the Sundowns first team, Mosimane is still well aware of what the 25-year-old offers going forward.
"I studied Simba well. They have good individuals, especially Luís Miquissone, the Mozambican player that I know since I was with Sundowns," Mosimane said, as per Kingfut.
"In addition to the striker No.7 [Chris Mugalu] and the player No.14 [Meddie Kagere], all of this confirms that we are facing a strong and organized team, but we are seeking to achieve a positive result to secure early qualification."
