The draw will see 16 teams that advanced in the second-tier event battle sides eliminated from the Champions League for a place in the group stages of the Confed Cup.
Wits bowed out of Africa's premier club competition with a 1-0 aggregate loss to Al-Ahly on the weekend, while SuperSport and Stars saw off Al-Ahly Shendy and Vipers SC respectively in the Confed Cup.
The matches are due to take place on the weekends of April 7 and 14.
