According to Transfermarkt, PSG signed the fullback from Inter Milan at a fee of €60 million (R1 billion), and after securing his second move in two years, the 22-year-old became the first African player to break the €100 million (R1.6 billion) mark in transfer fees generated in his career.
In Spain, Barcelona sold highly-rated La Masia product Ilaix Moriba to RB Leipzig for €16 million (R270 million). Per Marca, the 18-year-old wanted wages that the Catalan giants were not willing to offer him in a new deal, thus leading to their decision to sell him.
