Neymar, 26, who finished 12th in the 2018 Ballon d'Or rankings joined PSG for a world-record €222m from FC Barcelona in August 2017.
While he cited his move away from the LaLiga giants as a way to finally claim the Golden Ball, his drop from third to 12th has increased speculation that he may be after a move to see his aspirations improve.
And after speaking on his official YouTube channel, the Brazilain has now hinted that a return to Spain may not be his next move.
As he fielded questions from various footballers including his former Barcelona teammate Luis Suarez and Brazil international colleague Gabriel Jesus - his Manchester City teammate Benjamin Mendy enquired about a potential move to the English top-flight.
"Answer me sincerely," Mendy asked. "Do you think one day you'll play in the Premier League?"
"It's a big competition," Neymar responded. "One of the greatest in the world.
"We don't know how tomorrow will be, but I believe that every great player, at least one day, has to play in the Premier League.
"If you're playing there, then I hope you can keep enjoying the Premier League because you deserve only the best."
