Ea Lla Koto have recruited defenders Ricardo Ndiki and Tshepo Tema from Cape Town All Stars and Polokwane City respectively, as well as midfielder Mpho Maruping from Bloemfontein Celtic.
Former City coach Eymael previously revealed his intention to recruit Tema despite the 29-year-old last kicking a ball for Rise and Shine in 2016/2017.
The 22-year-old Ndiki's contract with All Stars ends next month.
"Yeah, the right-back Ricardo and Tema you know him, he is from Polokwane," Eymael tells KickOff.com.
"Both of them are players that I wanted but it's not finished, we have to again get one or two wingers and a striker.
"The understanding between me and Tema is the reason I signed him as we have worked together before at Polokwane. It's the same with Maruping who I worked with at Celtic.
"Tema was signed, Maruping was signed, Ricardo from Cape Town All Stars ... we are trying to sign also Hotto you know."
The Nedbank Cup champions are also determined to bring in Celtic's Hotto, who has proven to be elusive in more ways than one.
