"I cannot speak yet as to why because I'm still waiting for the verdict of my hearing. So at the moment, I cannot say as much as I want to. The hearing was last week Thursday, let's see how the verdict turns out."

Swallows CEO Sipho Xulu also confirmed the latest developments regarding the club's technical team.

"Kamaal Sait has been on suspension since September 23. We can say it openly that he is suspended but I prefer not to discuss the details of his suspension.

"But if a person is suspended it means there are some alleged misconduct issues involved there. His hearing has already taken place, we are just waiting for the verdict."

Head coach Truter returned to the club during the current international window following a 3-0 league defeat to Mamelodi Sundowns.

In Truter's absence, Swallows have gone on a disastrous run of three defeats (3-0, 4-0, 3-0) and a draw.
