Maritzburg United coach Eric Tinkler has a very difficult task in the coming days as the club aims to balance important league matches with a huge cup final.
Despite not performing well in their last two league matches, Tinkler also has to think about the Telkom Knockout final on 14 December.
The Team of Choice are sitting 10th on the Absa Premiership log with 14 points and will face Mamelodi Sundowns in the cup final next Saturday at Moses Mabhida Stadium.
"I think I've decided on the starting line-up for the final," he said on Sunday after their 0-0 draw at AmaZulu.
"We've given a few guys opportunities, the young boy Sanisa [Bongokuhle Hlongwane] has been doing well for our Diski Challenge side. Today we felt that playing with two strikers up front will be helpful because of the pitch.
"I knew we had to play aggressively up front. We went with Judas [Moseamedi] and young Sanisa who, I think, did well. He will only get better. He's got speed, he's got good aggression. His second touch was difficult because of the pitch but technically he is a very good player.
"Deolin [Mekoa] came in and I thought he did well. He has been working hard at training. He gave us another direction. He can play through the middle. He can play wide. The options are there and we want that headache. It is good for us going into the final against Sundowns."
Maritzburg will travel to Limpopo on Sunday to face struggling Polokwane City hoping to bounce back from their last two disappointing league games to keep their top-eight dream alive.
