Laffor has made six appearances in the League this season, with five of those outings coming off the bench.
Despite the limited game-time, the Liberia international has provided a goal and two assists for the Brazilians.
“Every player at Sundowns wants to start a game. I won't tell you that I'm happy being on the bench,” Laffor says.
“The most important thing is for me to work hard for the team because sometimes I will find myself coming from the bench and the most important thing is to work hard. I care less about me coming on as a sub or start.
“If Sundowns win all of us win and if the team lose everyone lose. The guys who are starting, we just need to encourage them no matter whether you start or coming from the bench. I'm happy with the way things are going.”
Laffor will hope to continue his fine form when Sundowns host Chippa United in the Telkom Knockout last 16 on Saturday at Lucas Moripe Stadium.
