SA Players Abroad

Former Mamelodi Sundowns midfielder Sibusiso Khumalo has completed his move to Futuro Kings in Equatorial Guinea.

Khumalo has signed a one-year contract with Kings after undergoing an assessment with the Cameroonian club, which has gone for camp in preparation for the CAF Confederation Cup.

The former Moroka Swallows and Bidvest Wits midfielder has joined as a free agent after being without a club last season.

"He has signed a one-year contract," Khumalo's manager Lebo 'Guluva' Mashishi confirms to KickOff.com.

"They just got back from their preparation camp in Duala, Cameroon, now they are back at base in Malabo, Equatorial Guinea for their first leg CAF Confed match against the Nigerian side Rivers United on the 27th [November]."

Kings, who also have former Orlando Pirates goalkeeper Felipe Ovono on their books, are coached by former Richards Bay and Black Leopards coach Jean-Francois Losciuto.
