Percy Tau and Vincent Kompany's Anderlecht will be coming live to local television screens after Etv secured the broadcast rights to the Jupiler Pro League.

The Belgian top-flight has been in high demand in Mzansi since Tau first joined Club Brugge on loan in the 2019/20 season, where he lifted the league title.

A second stint with the 41-time champions under Premier League legend Kompany has followed where Bafana Bafana star has shown impressive form as they look to challenge for honours.

KickOff.com can now reveal that an exclusive broadcast deal has been struck with Etv Openview on the Free-To-Air (FTA) satellite service to become the home of Belgian Football in South Africa.

This Sunday, you will be able to witness the first fixture live at 14h30 on Channel 120 as Anderlecht face off against third-place K Beerschot VA - with a place at the summit of the table potentially up for grabs.

With only two points separating league leaders Club Brugge and seventh-placed Anderlecht after 12 rounds of fixtures, it promised to be a riveting first campaign for South African football lovers.
