Following a splendid showing at the COSAFA Cup in Polokwane, Ramoraka attracted interest from the PSL and newly promoted Highlands wasted no time in snapping him up ahead of the new season.
The 24-year-old Ramoraka featured in all of the Zebras' matches during the regional showpiece, making the left-back position his own.
He featured consistently for Orapa United in the Botswana Premier League, missing just two matches last season in all competitions.
When contacted for a comment, his representative Tumi Gabonamong of Isago Sport Management confirmed the news.
"Yes, Ramoraka has signed a two-year contract with Highlands Park, with an option to renew for a further season.
"He, like many others, have come through and raised their hands as the next generation of Botswana players to go far.
"He has developed into arguably the finest all-round left-back in the Botswana Premier League. Strong in the tackle and energetic enough to continually get up and down the flank, he is a brilliant crosser who generates wicked pace on his deliveries into the box.
"He certainly has the right hunger and discipline to see him excelling at the highest level."
