KickOff.com last week revealed that the shot-stopper was close to signing a deal with negotiations at an advanced stage.
Having spent three weeks under assessment Naicker has survived the scrutiny of the technical team and been offered a deal.
The 26-year-old joins a goalkeeping department that boasts Nkosingiphile Gumede and Maximilian Mbaeva.
Naicker made a name for himself at Jomo Cosmos and most recently turned out for National First Division side Milano United during the 2016/17 season.
He started every game for the now defunct Cape side during last season's league campaign.
