"His loan can only end in December," Seema tells KickOff.com.
Last week Amakhosi announced that they had asked Celtic to release the central defender early from his loan deal, but Seema says that is old news.
"It was during those times when there was a crisis in financials, it was not a recent letter. It's an old letter. He will see his contract through, his loan spell ends in December. Management is handling it, they are talking with Chiefs but I think his contract is up to December, so I think he will see his contract through."
Asked how much of a loss it will be if Gordinho is to leave the club sooner than anticipated, Seema says they are not entertaining the thought.
"For now we are not focusing on that because we think that Gordinho will see his contract through. So we haven't even thought about that because he is part of the team as we speak so ... he's got a contract that is running, so we don't want to even to think about that. He's got a contract that is solid.
"He will see his contract through as long as he is doing his job well. That's why I'm saying we want to look at the positives and move away from the negatives. So really we haven't even thought about that. He will need to honour his contract, and the two clubs have spoken. For us, he is part of us. He is still welcome at Siwelele and we are making sure that he will see his contract through, and once his contract is through we will deal with that."
Gordinho and company have been solid at the back for Phunya Sele Sele, who have not conceded a goal in three league games this season.
