The Serbian joined the Premiership side in early July, taking over the reins from caretaker boss Lehlohonolo Seema.
With Celtic's failed attempt to hire Luc Eymael last term, Seema steered the side with John Maduka after the sacking of Serame Letsoaka in October 2016.
"Yes, the papers are sorted out. He [Jelusic] is going to be available on the bench on Sunday," says club CEO Khumbulani Konco.
Phunya Sele Sele have signed Roggert Ndundu, Ali Abondo, Victor Letsoalo, Jacky Motshegwa, Sipho Jembula, Given Mashikinya, Lucky Baloyi and Ndumiso Mabena as they seek to avoid another relegation fight this season.
Celtic have also promoted Kabelo Dlamini to the first team and roped in Abram 'Wire' Nteo to help coach the MultiChoice Diski Challenge side.
Jelusic's men will host Chiefs at Free State Stadium on Sunday (15h00).
