Macuphu, who is currently playing for Supersport United on loan, has bagged six Absa Premiership goals this season, four of which have been scored in the colours of Matsatsantsa.
Despite reports that the Tshwane side has shown interest in permanently keeping the former Jomo Cosmos and Chippa United striker, Hunt says the player will definitely be recalled when his loan deal expires in June. Macuphu was part of a deal that saw Fagrie Lakay going the Clever Boys on a permanent deal.
“Sure, he will be with us," Hunt tells KickOff.com.
“Well I mean I can't really say why he left. There's nothing really other than other reasons, but I can't put them over here. But he will be back, he will be back. When he was here he did well, but circumstances...you know there's other circumstances why he left.”
