Golden Arrows have invited free agent Xolani Ndlovu for an assessment as they continue to look to beef up their squad.
The 25-year-old right-winger from KwaZulu-Natal was released by Black Leopards at the beginning of the 2020/21 season and has been clubless ever since.
In March last year when still at Leopards, Ndlovu caused quite a stir when he refused to take off his traditional necklace called Incweba during a PSL match against neighbours Polokwane City.
The necklace ended up being bandaged so the match could continue.
According to a very reliable source, Ndlovu might be playing Premiership football again before the end of the current campaign.
"Yesterday the boy went to a local hospital for a coronavirus testing," a source tells KickOff.com.
"It's not the first time he is going for testing but this time he's doing it so he can start training with Arrows. Arrows will be assessing him. He is supposed to be in Durban on Saturday."
