KickOff.com has gathered that seven Absa Premiership clubs are currently continuing with training in spite of the COVID-19 restrictions in place.
The 2019/20 PSL season, like many others worldwide, is currently suspended amid the novel coronavirus pandemic, which has been declared a national state of disaster.
Last week, the PSL board of governors resolved that the Premiership, Glad Africa Championship and Multichoice Diski Challenge will all remain shut indefinitely.
State president Cyril Ramaphosa is set to address the nation a week after initially declaring stringent restrictions against public gatherings across the country.
In the meantime, several clubs have shut up shop, including Kaizer Chiefs and Mamelodi Sundowns, as they exercise precaution against the spread of the deadly virus.
However, no less than six clubs have been going about their business on the pitch despite no indication of when domestic fixtures will resume, with some adopting restrictions.
This includes the likes of Orlando Pirates, Black Leopards, Bloemfontein Celtic, Cape Town City, Golden Arrows, Highlands Park and Stellenbosch FC.
