It took only four minutes for Matsatsantsa to break the deadlock through Michael Boxall, who beat AmaTuks goalkeeper Washington Arubi with a decent finish.
Thabo Mnyamane tried to restore parity seven minutes later, but his attempt was easily saved by Ronwen Williams.
Daniels doubled SuperSport's lead with a great header in the 14th minute, and it could have been 3-0 soon after but for Fagrie Lakay’s shot which sailed over the crossbar.
Arubi ensured it would only be the two-goal lead for the visitors at the break with a brilliant save to deny Jeremy Brockie.
AmaTuks were much, much better after the break, but the closest they game to pulling one back was in the 67th minute when Williams saved from Mnyamane.
The result sees SuperSport shoot up to eighth, while AmaTuks remain joint-bottom – further increasing the pressure on coach Sammy Troughton.
