Rakhale joins TTM on free transfer

Tshakhuma Tsha Madzivhandila (TTM) have confirmed the signing of former Orlando Pirates winger Thabo Rakhale on a free transfer.

Rakhale, 30, was linked with a move to Kaizer Chiefs since leaving Chippa United upon the expiry of his contract in July but with the FIFA transfer ban in place, the move failed to materialise.

The tricky winger bided his time for his next move and TTM have now secured his services on a deal until the end of the 2020/21 season.

In a short statement on social media, the top-flight debutants confirmed the arrival of 'Jomo', who was a firm crown favourite during his time at Pirates.

Rakhale has scored 10 goals and registered 16 assists in 177 top-flight appearances since joining Pirates from Sivutsa Stars in 2012.
