Orlando Pirates midfielder Thembinkosi Lorch believes he is quite capable of bagging a second PSL Footballer of the Season award.
Lorch clocked 100 top flight league appearances when he featured in Pirates' 1-0 DStv Premiership win over Maritzburg United on Saturday evening.
The 27-year-old has managed a total of 18 goals and 19 assists, as well as one red card, during the course of his tally, which he managed over a period of four-and-a-half years with Chippa United and the Buccaneers.
Reflecting on his milestone, 'Nyoso' has discussed his career highlight thus far and set his sights on a second gong in future.
"I wasn't aware until I was told after the game. It's not something I usually check," Lorch told the club's website.
"I think the biggest highlight was in the season where I won the PSL Player of the Season [in 2018/19]. Ja, that was a big one for me.
"With the team, I obviously want to win more trophies. Also, I would like to be Footballer of the Season [again]. That was a good experience for me, personally. I think it is possible to do it again."

As far as the team is concerned, the lanky attacker believes they can add to their trophy cabinet following their recent MTN8 triumph, with consistency the main ingredient therefor.
"I think we need to be consistent. We need to work hard, we need to play for one another, and make sacrifices for one another. I think if we do that, we'll be able to win more trophies," he said.
Pirates are up against TS Galaxy in the DStv Premiership at Orlando Stadium this evening (17h00).
