Themba Zwane has no interest in leaving Mamelodi Sundowns even if Pitso Mosimane came calling to lure him to Egyptian giants Al Ahly.
Zwane, 31, played a central figure in Mosimane's unprecedented success over his seven seasons in Tshwane, winning eight major titles as the chief creator out wide in the fluid 4-4-2 system.
The 2019/20 PSL Football of the Season nominee recorded career-best figures of 14 goals and 12 assists in 41 games in their domestic treble-winning campaign and it comes as no surprise to see him linked with a move to the Red Devils.
With Gaston Sirino's move ruled out by Masandawana, reports in Egypt suggest the Club of the Century could be open to backing Mosimane in a potential pursuit for the Bafana Bafana star.

KickOff.com understands Mosimane has been in constant contact with Zwane since his departure but has not issued a formal approach, but the Brazilians star has no intention of relocating to Cairo at this stage of his career.
With Sundowns actively streamlining their inflated squad after 14 off-season arrivals, Zwane has been informed that he will remain a crucial part of the new-look team under joint head coaches Manqoba Mngqithi and Rhulani Mokwena.
Zwane looks set to feature in Downs season opener on Sunday when they host Bloemfontein Celtic at the Lucas Masterpieces Moripe Stadium (18h00).
