The clubs Mamelodi Sundowns will play on their tour of Botswana have been revealed.
The Absa Premiership champions are expected to land in Gaborone today as they continue their preparations for the 2019/20 season, where they will be hoping to become the PSL first club to win 10 league titles and also go all the way in the CAF Champions League after they were knocked out in the semi-finals by Moroccan outfit Wydad Casablanca.
The Brazilians are set to face Mascom Top 8 champions Jwaneng Galaxy at Lobatse Sports Complex on Saturday and will then take on Morupule Wanderers at the National Stadium on Sunday. Both matches will kickoff at 15h00.
This will give head coach Pitso Mosimane an opportunity to play all of the players in camp, as they fight to win a place in the starting line-up.
After playing in Botswana, Sundowns will travel to DR Congo for friendly matches against Don Bosco and African giants TP Mazembe.
While they were in Nelspruit on their first pre-season tour, Sundowns played a friendly against National First Division side TS Sporting and drew 1-1. South American forward Jose Ali Meza scored the goal for the club.
Kaizer Chiefs, meanwhile, will also be in action in Botswana on Saturday, when they take on league champions Township Rollers at the newly built Jamali Stadium in Tlokwena, which is 10 kilometres east of Gabonrone.
