KickOff.com can reveal that Uruguayan striker Martin Bueno has left Polokwane City and has surfaced at one of the Tshwane giants.
Bueno arrived in the country during off season where he trained with Rise and Shine. Despite doing well during his assessment with the Limpopo outfit, the Uruguayan striker opted against staying in Polokwane and has quickly moved on to Tshwane hoping to land himself a contract with SuperSport United.
“Bueno is nolonger training with Polokwane City.He is now training with Supersport United,” said a source.
"It’s still not clear if they will sign or not with SuperSport,” he added.
Matsatsantsa A Pitori, who signed former Orlando Pirates striker Thamsanqa Gabuza during the off season, recently handed Ashanti Gold SC striker Shafiu Mumuni a trial. Mumuni has since returned to Ghana after failing to impress the Tshwane outfit.
It seems head coach Kaitano Tembo is looking for one more striker to boost his strike force, before the transfer window closes.
