Dynamos react to Sundowns thrashing

Summerfield Dynamos midfielder Sandile Zungu has reacted to the unenviable task of facing Mamelodi Sundowns.

The KwaZulu-Natal ABC Motsepe league champions were thrashed 5-0 at Loftus Versfeld Stadium in a Nedbank Cup quarter-final clash on Saturday.

"It was always going to be a difficult game," The former Kaizer Chiefs midfielder tells KickOff.

"We knew before we even went there it wasn't going to be easy.

"I mean we were playing the biggest team in Africa currently.

"We took the lesson, we will try to use that in the playoffs, Sundowns were always going to prepare us.

"We've gained a lot in terms of organisation, and in terms of their usage of the ball going forward.

"As for the other DStv Premiership clubs who are still to play Sundowns they will find out themselves what they're up against.

"Sebayobona phambili (laughs), ziyabuya laphayana akudlalwa, it's no child's play."
