Former Orlando Pirates midfielder Steve Lekoelea believes Thembinkosi Lorch's heart is no longer with the Mighty Buccaneers.
Lorch and Justin Shonga have been suspended by the club due to disciplinary issues and are set to miss the action on the field of play for the rest of the season.
Free State-born Lorch has not hidden his ambitions of playing overseas after being linked with several teams in Europe.
Lekoelea has since advised Lorch to humble himself and speak to Pirates about his ambitions of moving abroad rather than speaking in the papers.
"It's the first time I hear that he was suspended. I was surprised why he was not in the team yesterday," Lekoelea tells KickOff.com.
"I could see his performance even before the Covid-19 that it was no longer the same. I could pick up body language of players when on the field that something is wrong. I could see that with Lorch at Pirates. I think his heart is no longer at Pirates.
"The fact of the matter is that he has a running contract with Pirates. They have a say with regards to his future. My advice to him and his agent, they must go and speak to Pirates and find a solution.
"He has a contract with Pirates and they are the only ones who can decide if they want to release him or not. He just needs to go and speak with Pirates and try to sort out his future with the club."
Shonga is another player whose future in Parktown remains uncertain after he was linked with a move to Portugal.
