Barker looking to add experience

Stellenbosch FC head coach Steve Barker is very much aware that the Absa Premiership is on another level compared to the National First Division and plans to add some experience to his arsenal.
The Cape Town-based side were confirmed as NFD champions in Sunday. Stellenbosch are owned by Remgro Group, which is chaired by billionaire Johan Rupert.
"I think it goes without saying we know we've got to have more commitment next season," Barker tells
"We've got the MDC league that we know we have to fulfil, fixtures obviously you know with the higher level, and we had the very same squad, we only had 23 players throughout the season.
"We have to be looking to bring in one or two players in the right areas, and with the right experience level... but we're not going to make any major overhauls, we are happy with the squad that we have, we just need to add here and there."
