Premiership

Sekhukhune United have confirmed the addition of yet another new signing as they continue reinforcing their squad for their debut DStv Premiership season.

KickOff.com reported a fortnight ago that Sibusiso Hlubi had arrived at Sekhukhune after his departure from Maritzburg United on transfer deadline.

The club has now officially confirmed his signing for the 2021/2022 campaign.

Hlubi parted ways with Maritzburg on Tuesday after spending just a season scoring once through the 19 appearances that he made playing in various midfield attacking positions.

The 25-year-old has previously been with Polokwane City and Free State Stars.

The PSL new boys have been on a signing spree following their promotion and so far brought in Willard Katsande following his release by Kaizer Chiefs along with Justice Chabalala on loan from Orlando Pirates.

Sekhukhune have also added Seu Ledwaba, Tumelo Matona (both Jomo Cosmos), Kamohelo Sithole (TS Sporting), Tshediso Patjie (Baroka FC), Thabo Rakhale (Marumo Gallants), Vusi Mncube (JDR Stars), Blessing Sarupinda (CAPS United), Talent Chawapiwa (AmaZulu), Nicholus Lukhubeni (Mamelodi Sundowns), Ryan de Jongh (Bloemfontein Celtic), Edwin Gyimah (Black Leopards), Charlton Mashumba (Polokwane City) and Pogiso Mahlangu (Pretoria Callies).
