Sekhukhune United chairman Simon Malatjie has reacted to the court outcome regarding their case involving Royal AM.
The Limpopo-based club won their case against the Premier Soccer League (PSL) and as a result, they have been declared 2020/21 GladAfrica Championship winners and will be campaigning in the DStv Premiership next season.
Chippa United, Royal AM and Richards Bay FC will now contest the promotion/relegation Play-Offs which will commence on June 15, 2021.
Sekhukhune moved to the summit of the second-tier table with the rewarded three points, while Royal AM has two less with 51 points.
Though he refused to comment much, Malatjie said he was just happy for the people of Limpopo.
"I'm just happy for the people of Limpopo back home," he told KickOff.com. "We all know there's no money in football, it's just to give back where we came from.
"Remember that this team is not our team, it's the team of the community back home. This team belongs to the Limpopo people, not us.
"We are just the messengers' nothing else. I'm just serving people back home nothing else. At least they will be proud of something that belongs to them."
