Migne: This team will do something

Marumo Gallants FC coach Sebastian Migne believes his side are on the right track after their 0-0 draw with Kaizer Chiefs at Peter Mokaba Stadium on Sunday.

Gallants move off the foot of the table into 15th with their second draw of the season but having yet to win.

However, they had the better of the chances and came close through man-of-the-match Katlego Otladisa and Thabo Mnyamane but it was not to be.

In regards to what the French tactician wants his side to improve on, he told SuperSport TV, "We need to perform well in attack and have all 11 players involved.

"Even my defenders and goalkeepers. And we must do the same defensively. I think we played well for one hour and ten minutes. Last 20 it was more difficult, maybe the pressure as well.

"At least we progress, we improve because we didn't concede goals at the end of the game under pressure. Now we need to improve a lot with our finishing of course because one moment if we want to win we need to score. We had opportunities today. Only one way. To continue to walk. To continue to build the team spirit. It's interesting. At least we will have one week to recover and prepare well for Golden Arrows and to try to go there and get the three points because we need it.

"We try to develop football with our qualities. We cannot compare with Kaizer Chiefs but we had a gameplan. We are on the way. I'm not scared. This team will do something I'm sure. After we need to improve inside the field and outside the field. We have a huge effort to do for that. But we are on the way."
