Kaizer Chiefs striker Samir Nurkovic says he is 'personally not happy with a point' after the 1-1 draw with Bidvest Wits on Wednesday evening.
Nurkovic netted with a trademark header from a Lebogang Manyama delivery in the 36th minute and was unlucky not to grab a second in the 88th minute when he hit the post with a superb curling effort.
Wits went down the other end and grabbed the equaliser through Cole Alexander in the dying stages and man-of-the-match and Nurkovic could not hide his disappointment at what he felt were two points lost rather than one gained for his side.
"My job as a striker is to score as much goals as possible to help the team because we are all fighting for the same goals," Nurkovic told SuperSport TV.
"Me personally, I am not happy with one point But this is football. Sometimes you win, lose, draw. it doesn't really matter. All we have to do is focus on the next game."
Chiefs next turn their attention to an encounter with Polokwane City at Loftus Versfeld on Saturday.
