Absa Premiership action is set for a return this evening following a four-month break and three players have been ruled out through suspension.
Mamelodi Sundowns and Orlando Pirates will kick-off the league re-start at Dobsonville Stadium on Tuesday evening (18h00), before Kaizer Chiefs host Bidvest Wits at Orlando Stadium on Wednesday (18h00).
However, Sundowns midfielder Gaston Sirino will sit out of the action as he serves the last of his two-match ban handed down by the PSL Disciplinary Committee in May, while Pirates will be at full strength.
Meanwhile Chiefs will have to go into battle without defender Reeve Frosler, who was booked for a fourth time in his side's last outing against AmaZulu on March 7, as he now serves his one-match suspension.
Wits will also be without the services of full-back Sifiso Hlanti, who picked up his fourth yellow card of the season in their Nedbank Cup sem-final defeat to Sundowns on Saturday.
The Clever Boys will, however, welcome back goalkeeper Ricardo Goss and midfielder Sameehg Doutie, who both served the last of their four-match ban over the weekend after being found guilty of assaulting referee Masixole Bambiso back in January.
