PSL reaches decision on TTM charge

The Premier Soccer League has made a decision on the issue of Tshakhuma Tsha Madzivhandila and the DStv logo.

During their recent 1-0 victory over neighbours Baroka FC, TTM star Thabo Rakhale's shirt did not bear the DStv branding, something PSL senior official Ronnie Schloss said could land the Venda-based club in hot water.

"A team is fined if they don't have that on their shirt. It depends on the Disciplinary Committee how much is the fine," Schloss explained at the time.

But now according to both Schloss and the League's Luxolo September, Vhadau Vha Damani will not be charged for the offence.

"Ya [we checked it] but there was nothing really in that," September tells KickOff.com.

Though he did not want to say too much, club spokesperson Livhuwani Madzuhe seemed relieved when the news was broken to him.

"Is that so? No, I'm feeling happy," he says.

"But until I receive a formal [letter] I will not comment my brother. Immediately when I receive that thing I will comment. We didn't receive anything from the PSL so I cannot comment."
