PSL return fixtures and dates confirmed


Mamelodi Sundowns and Orlando Pirates will kick-off the restart of the Absa Premiership season on 11 August.

This humdinger, which was meant to be played before football was postponed back in mid-march, will now jumpstart the league season on Tuesday, 11 August at Dobsonville Stadium.

That will be followed by Kaizer Chiefs versus Bidvest Wits on Wednesday, 12 August at Orlando Stadium.

Both these matches are catch-up games before Round 25 kicks off on Friday, 14 August, when The Brazilians will again be in action against Highlands Park, also in Soweto.

Stellenbosch vs Golden Arrows (Tuks Stadium) – 13h30
Polokwane City vs Kaizer Chiefs (Loftus Stadium) – 15h30
Orlando Pirates vs Bidvest Wits (Ellis Park) – 18h00

The Absa Premiership season will conclude on 5 September, when all matches will kick-off simultaneously at 15h30. The promotion/relegation playoffs start on 6 September.
