The domestic and African champions enter the match with confidence following a 6-0 thrashing of Orlando Pirates at Loftus Versfeld this past weekend.
However, Mosimane plans to rotate his squad in light of a lucrative CAF Super Cup decider with TP Mazembe at the same venue on Saturday night.
Yannick Zakri, Teko Modise and Asavela Mbekile are amongst those set to be drafted in against the Chilli Boys.
"There will be many changes against Chippa," says Mosimane, who believes his men could emulate their record Absa Premiership points tally of last season.
"You know what happened when we made changes against Maritzburg at the the beginning of the year. I am still not happy with the two points we dropped in Maritzburg because I had to play a different team, because I was worried about Zesco.
"It's Chippa, as I said with five blocks, we can afford to lose one. We will see against Chippa. We will have guys like Zakri to play, Teko to play, Thabo [Nthethe] to play maybe, Kennedy [Mweene] to play.
"We didn't play [Wayne] Sandilands against Pirates because he was sick. We will give other guys like 'Shoes' Mbekile a chance to play.
"If we have to compete in four cups everybody should play and they must come to the party.
"I can't guarantee results but I trust my team and I believe in them to bring the results."
