Mamelodi Sundowns coach Pitso Mosimane is not resting on his laurels as he furthers his coaching studies along with two other members of his technical team.
Mosimane is the most decorated South African coach, having achieved unrivalled success both domestically and on the continent during his career thus far.
The 55-year-old tactician, however, remains hungry for more feathers in his cap and is currently among an elite group of individuals on the continent partaking in the inaugural CAF Pro Licence course.
While ‘Jingles’ was meant to be in attendance with his colleagues in Morocco, due to the Covid-19 travel restrictions he is currently engaging in online classes for the course.
"I’m in the company of other great coaches from the African continent. [Sunday’s] presentation was done by Belgium’s national team head coach Roberto Martinez,” revealed Mosimane on Downs’ website.
“We’ve got to understand how he worked to make the ‘Belgian Red Devils’ the number one ranked team in the world.”
Meanwhile, The Brazilians’ first-team analysts Mario Masha and Musi Matlaba are currently enrolled in the UEFA C Licence coaching course through the Scottish Football Association.
All these studies are being done while the team is locked in the Royal Marang Hotel in Rustenburg, where they are preparing for the resumption of the 2019/20 PSL season, which has been earmarked for this weekend.
