Tsotetsi: Pirates are just on fire

Former Orlando Pirates full-back Phiri Tsotetsi believes SuperSport United will be no match for his beloved Buccaneers at Orlando Stadium on Saturday.

Bucs and Matsatsantsa will battle each other for three valuable points in the DStv Premiership in a match-up that never disappoints as they are usually full of goals.

Kaitano Tembo's side go into this game without top striker Bradley Grobler while Clayton Daniels is a major doubt following a car accident.

"As you can see, Pirates is currently on fire and judging by the two games against Kaizer Chiefs I don't think they will drop the standard," Tsotetsi tells KickOff.com.

"The standard is too high now. Those players who were playing, I don't think they will want to lose their positions in the team so they will make sure that the team wins obviously.

"Yes, SuperSport usually give Pirates a problem but me what I'm looking at is the present performance. Like I'm saying, the spirit is still very much high after beating Chiefs.

"It will show if they just up their game against Chiefs or if they want to win the league this season. Obviously all eyes are on us. So I will just beat them 2-1 and mind my own business."
