Moloi joins Buccaneers technical team

Premiership has learnt that Orlando Pirates have roped in former national under-17 strength and conditioning coach Percy Moloi to replace Franck Plaine.

Plaine announced his departure from Pirates on Thursday after serving the Soweto giants for almost three years and left a heartwarming message for the Buccaneers family.

"My time at Orlando Pirates has come to an end. One door shut, another one opens! I want to thank Orlando Pirates for the opportunity to work with one of the biggest clubs in Africa, thank all collaborators and management of OPFC, thank all players and fans. I felt part of the family," said Plaine on Twitter.

The Frenchman is a third member of the Bucs technical team to leave the club this season after the departures of performance analyst Michael Loftman and goalkeeper coach Jyri Nieminen.

Nieminen has since has gone on to work in the United States, with the MTN8 winners yet to appoint his replacement.
