Zambian midfielder Austin Muwowo is set to return to parent club Orlando Pirates after failing to impress at Swallows FC so far this season.
Muwowo joined Swallows on loan from Soweto rivals Pirates at the beginning of the season in a bid to gain increased game-time at the Dube Birds.
However, the 25-year-old midfielder - named Player of the Season in Zambia before a move to South Africa - has so far made just one substitute appearance at Swallows.
According to an unnamed Swallows official, Muwowo has failed to live up to expectations.

"It’s a combination of factors," the official tells Kickoff.com.
"There is additionally the issue of him struggling to adapt to the club system with other players ahead of him in the same position.
"He's not a bad player and you can see the talent but things seem to be not working for him at Swallows.
Muwowo is not the only player struggling for game-time with countryman Mwape Musonda also playing a peripheral figure since returning to South Africa this season.
