Musonda, Mudau leave with blessings

Black Leopards boss David Thidiela has thanked Zambian striker Mwape Musonda for his loyalty and contribution to Lidoda Duvha.

The former Orlando Pirates striker has left Leopards to join Emirati side Hatta Club in the UAE Arabian Gulf League after scoring 12 goals to help Lidoda Duvha survive relegation.

"Musonda has gone to Dubai, he has gone with my blessings," Thidiela tells KickOff.com.

"He has done well for the club and deserves a chance to play overseas. He is a hard-working player and gave everything for Black Leopards."

Thidiela has also sold defender Khuliso Mudau to Mamelodi Sundowns.

"Both him and Khuliso Mudau have gone with my blessings. Khuliso has made a big move to Mamelodi Sundowns," the Leopards boss adds.

"I have no doubt that both players will do well in their new teams and Black Leopards will always be their home."
