The Durban-based outfit begin their maiden campaign in the South African top-flight when they take face Swallows FC in Soweto on Sunday.

Mogale has now backed his former boss to excel in the DStv Premiership.

"Let Andile (Mpisane) take the number 10 jersey, and Ndumiso Mabena can take jersey number 30," Mbele tells Kickoff.com.

"You can't go to Orlando Pirates and find Jomo Sono wearing jersey number 10, and you take it".

"Let him (Andile Mpisane) keep the number 10".

"He is a good player and intelligent boy".

"Yes, it's another level in PSL, but I still he will do well", he added.

Mpisane has also become the league's youngest chairman after purchasing Bloemfontein Celtic's top-flight status.

Meanwhile, Royal AM has retained head coach John Maduka for this season, with Abraham Nteo and Simon Gopane forming part of the technical team.
